After I had left that Sunday afternoon, my curiosity was satisfied. I knew what I needed to for the time being. I knew I wanted to be his friend, with the possibility of it being even more than that. As I said in the last post, I knew that he was my best friend from that point on. He came over every Friday and Saturday to help pack and clean up the house. It was on one of those weekends that we experienced our first adventure together. I wanted to go to the Drive-in before the summer was over and it just so happened that they were playing to decently good movies, Man of Steel and Monster's University.

Why not sit on top of a car at a drive in? |

Our second official picture together... With Scott :) |
It was that night that we first held hands. No, we were not yet official but it just felt right. The next week was the 4th of July, which I spent with his family. While I was there he expressed to me that he saved holding hands for relationships. We were going to try and wait to start dating until my family had moved out to California, but we didn't want to wait. So on that 4th of July, we were officially dating (without ever having been on a date).
